WHAT YOU'LL DO
- 中文文案创作与管理: 负责所有中文创意内容的构思与撰写,确保品牌信息的一致性、创意性与准确性,打造符合目标受众的优质内容。Mandarin Chinese Copywriting: Responsible for conceptualizing and creating all Chinese creative content, ensuring brand messaging maintains consistency, creativity, and accuracy while resonating with target audiences.
- 社媒与公关文案创作: 熟练撰写各类社交媒体内容(如微信、微博、小红书、抖音),以及新闻稿、公关稿与品牌相关内容,确保品牌信息准确传递、调性一致、互动自然;具备良好的文字品控能力。Social & PR Copywriting: Confidently craft content across multiple platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED, Douyin), as well as press releases and brand comms. Ensure all messaging is on-brand, engaging, and culturally relevant. Responsible for content quality and consistency.
- 品牌语言与内容创意: 参与品牌核心语言的构建,包括slogan、品牌语撰写,结合当下热点话题进行创意延展与落地执行。Brand Language & Creative Development: Help shape brand tone of voice by developing impactful slogans and taglines. Participate in cultural insight-based ideation and execute creative ideas tied to trending topics and brand relevance.
- 整合营销文案策划: 根据品牌需求,参与整合传播方案的文案创意输出,协助明确创意方向与传播策略,推动创意落地。Campaign & Integrated Copywriting: Work with strategy and creative teams to develop copy for multi-channel campaigns, contributing to both concept development and storytelling within broader marketing strategies.
- 跨部门协作与提案支持: 与设计、项目团队高效协作,将创意概念转化为可落地的高质量内容产出。Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, and project managers to turn creative concepts into high-quality content outputs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5年创意文案经验,需提供作品集 3-5 years of experience in creative copywriting (portfolio required)
- 出色的中文文案创作能力,良好的英文理解能力将是加分项(我们的客户多为英语使用者)。Strong Mandarin Chinese copywriting skills, with good English comprehension being an advantage (as our clients are primarily English speakers).
- 扎实的文字功底,能驾驭多种品牌调性,写得了走心故事,也写得出犀利金句。Solid writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different brands and formats — from heartfelt narratives to punchy taglines.
- 拒绝冗余废话,擅长把复杂的想法提炼成简洁、有力、记得住的句子。Ability to distill complex ideas into sharp, concise, and impactful messaging — no fluff, just flavour.
- 不仅仅写文案,还能构思创意方案,撰写提案内容,具备一定的独立输出能力。Beyond copy — able to ideate and independently develop creative concepts and proposals.
- 有食品、餐饮、美食类品牌项目经验者优先Previous experience with food, beverage, or F&B lifestyle brands is preferred
