WHAT YOU'LL DO
- 负责国际水果及生鲜品牌的项目管理工作,包括整合营销活动的执行、品牌社交媒体日 常运营对接、以及线下展会、试吃、快闪等活动统筹。Manage day-to-day execution for international fresh produce and fruit brand clients, including integrated marketing campaigns, social media operations, and offline events like conferences, tastings, and pop-ups.
- 能够独立运营品牌社交媒体账号(如微信、小红书),具备基础的数据敏感度和内容判断力;能够协助制定品牌内容日历,并与文案与设计团队进行高效沟通与协作,推动内容落地。Operate brand social media channels (WeChat & RED), with a good sense of content relevance and basic data awareness. Support the development of the brand content calendar, and work closely with copywriters and designers to ensure smooth and timely content delivery.
- 具备线下活动执行经验,能够独立负责活动前期筹备及现场落地;熟悉物料管理流程,擅长与供应商沟通协调,确保执行效率与品质。Experienced in on-ground event execution, with the ability to manage both pre-event planning and on-site coordination; Skilled in material logistics and vendor management, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality delivery.
- 全面负责项目执行的各个阶段,包括报价、合同、进度、成本、结案报告与回款管理。同时管理多个项目(2个以上),把控关键时间节点与质量,协调各部门确保高效执行。Manage the full project life cycle—quotations, contracts, schedules, budget control, wrap-up reports, and payments. Oversee multiple projects (2 or more), ensuring timelines, quality standards, and cross-functional collaboration are well-managed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3年及以上广告、品牌或活动公司的客户管理经验,熟悉线下活动与社媒运营。3+ years of experience in client/project management within creative, branding, or events agencies; familiar with both offline activations and social media operations.
- 具备国际化视野,英语沟通流利,能够与客户双语对接。International mindset and fluent in English for bilingual client communication.
- 沟通协调能力强,思路清晰,有责任心,能主动学习、主动推动项目进程。Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
- 有食品、餐饮、美食类品牌经验者优先。Experience with food, beverage, or F&B lifestyle brands is preferred.
- 热爱食物、文化、品牌表达,期待与有趣的人做好玩好吃的项目。Passion for food, culture, and branding—with the desire to work on meaningful and creative projects.
