Tribal Brands Asia, a creative marketing and activation agency that specialises in bringing overseas Food& Beverage brands and products into Asia, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Shanghai.

As Customer Service Manager, you will be supporting the onboarding and ongoing engagement with our Culinary Professionals that are part of our ChefCo network.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage relationships and communications with culinary professionals on the ChefCo platform
  • Onboard new culinary partners and provide support to help them optimize their profile and offerings
  • Address partner inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure culinary partners understand ChefCo's policies, guidelines, and terms
  • Collect feedback from culinary partners to identify areas of improvement on the platform
  • Keep partners engaged through regular check-ins, updates, and shared opportunities
  • Develop and execute partner appreciation initiatives to drive retention
  • Promote partners through ChefCo's social media channels and internal stakeholder communications
  • Track key metrics for partner satisfaction, retention, and engagement over time
  • Identify high-potential partners for expanded collaborations and opportunities
  • Act as the culinary partner's advocate within ChefCo and the broader organisation

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years experience in partner/community management or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Customer service mindset with problem solving aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal Mandarin Chineseskills
  • Fluency in English preferred
  • Creative thinker able to develop partner initiatives
  • Passion for food/culinary industry a plus
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable taking initiative
